Spent my new year's at this place. The keyless check-in/check-out system was very convenient, as the staff helped us with our bags and early check-in. They had a clean room equipped with a fridge and a kettle in the room, and the public area downstairs had a microwave. The location was great, with the railway and BTS station only a 10-15 minute walk away. , there were a 7/11 and a fruit shop nearby, so you can grab whatever you need on the go.
It was a bit tricky to locate the first time, as it was located on the opposite side of the K Maison hotel. The room that we got was a tad small, which only accommodated one suitcase, and the absence of staff around didn't make it any easier.

My stay at House 116 was fantastic. The location was perfect, with a BTS station nearby and plenty of food and coffee shops in the area. I felt safe even when walking late at night. The facilities were great, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.
One thing that I found inconvenient was the lack of an elevator. As someone who had a lot of luggage and was assigned to the top floor, it was tiring to climb up four flights of stairs.

This hotel has a great location near a station and a bustling market, making it convenient for tourists to explore the area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Guests have applauded the staff's cooperation, willingness to help, and communication skills in English. There is also a common area where guests can enjoy breakfast and relax.
Some guests noted that the absence of daily housekeeping might be an issue for those who stay for an extended period.

The two complementary facts make this hotel seem attractive at first, but the key location facts are an absolute gem: close to many mini markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. Plus, the Wi-Fi is great! the room was spotless, which is always appreciated.
My experience was dampened by some of the worst aspects of the hotel. First, there was no elevator, which was a big problem for me given my heavy luggage.
